Below is the Village of Anmore’s fee estimate for an FOI request on the Anmore South development. The total—$9,055.40 for more than 81 hours of retrieval and preparation—speaks volumes on its own. Section 75 of the Act certainly allows cost recovery, yet the size of this estimate quietly hints at just how much discussion may lie beneath the surface. Also of note is that there is an unlimited cap on "consultant fees".
